MEDIACORP MONEYWEEK OPENER

Money Week is a flagship financial news and analysis program produced by the Television Corporation of Singapore in collaboration with Mediacorp, offering insights into Singapore’s financial landscape while connecting to broader initiatives like the Singapore Global Money Week (SGMW) to promote financial literacy. We are proud to have contributed to the full program package, designing the program opener, virtual set, and other visual elements that define the show’s identity.
The 3D motion design of the opening sequence was crafted to convey professionalism, clarity, and energy, reflecting the fast-paced world of finance. Through dynamic camera moves, layered graphics, and immersive animation, the opener sets the tone for each episode while maintaining visual cohesion across the entire program package. The virtual set complements the 3D motion graphics, creating a polished and modern viewing experience that enhances the storytelling of financial news.
Our design approach combined technical precision with creative artistry to ensure that every visual element, from on-screen graphics to transitions, reinforced the program’s credibility and appeal. The work was recognized internationally, earning a Gold Award for Art Direction & Design: News Program Open/Titles at the PromaxBDA Global Excellence Awards 2016, highlighting the excellence of both concept and execution.
Overall, the Money Week program opener and branding showcase how thoughtful motion design and cohesive program packaging can elevate a news program and engage audiences effectively.
