We produced a corporate video for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) Centres of Excellence under JTC, highlighting key initiatives across Smart Estates (STE) and Building & Infrastructure (B&I) facilities management. The video demonstrates how JTC, in partnership with PMO, is driving innovation and accelerating the transformation of Singapore’s facilities management sector through cutting-edge technologies and integrated solutions. It emphasizes the strategic role of PMO and JTC in enhancing operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across public sector projects.

Our team oversaw the full shoot production, capturing on-site footage of advanced facilities, smart infrastructure systems, and technology in action. Interviews with PMO representatives and key project stakeholders provided authentic insights, conveying the impact of these initiatives on Singapore’s built environment. Each interview was carefully framed and lit to maintain a professional yet engaging visual style.

The production incorporated b-roll sequences, on-site demonstrations, and dynamic visuals to create a cohesive narrative. In post production, we applied editing, color grading, and motion graphics to highlight technological features and key insights effectively.

The final corporate video delivers a polished and professional portrayal of PMO’s leadership and JTC’s innovation, giving audiences a clear understanding of how the Centres of Excellence are shaping the future of facilities management and driving Singapore’s smart estate initiatives.
