SINGAPORE DISCOVERY CENTRE - LOWER GALLERY

We were tasked to create a multi visceral experience for visitors at the Singapore Discovery Centre, with this project focusing specifically on the Lower Gallery. The Discovery Centre is divided into two main areas, Upper Gallery and Lower Gallery, and this phase concentrated on transforming the Lower Gallery into a large scale experiential environment.

The exhibition explores themes such as the Singapore Occupation, Total Defence, living together, and harmony. Through immersive storytelling and carefully structured media content, visitors are guided across defining chapters of Singapore’s history that highlight resilience, unity, and collective responsibility.

Our scope ranged from large scale projection mapping on a dramatic curved wall to multiple large screen media installations integrated across the exhibition space. The curved wall projection served as the visual centrepiece, combining 3D animation, VFX, and cinematic motion design to create emotional depth and spatial immersion. Each projection was precisely aligned to the architecture and seamlessly integrated with the physical set build by Pico Art.

We managed the full media content creation process, from concept development and narrative design to animation, compositing, and final deployment. The result is a cohesive and engaging Lower Gallery experience that sets the foundation for future enhancements in the Upper Gallery.
